Silliness of the Associated Press (AP) style guide

The silliness of the Associated Press (AP) style guide cannot be overstated. Including being impossible to navigate, it is easily one of the most outdated style guides–compared to the MLA, APA, AMA, Chicago, and many other style guides–ever invented by man. Case in point: It has taken the APA almost fifty years, since the invention of the first internet connection in 1969, to stop capitalizing the word internet.
